By using the Ticket Service, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this Individual Agreement. Please refrain from using the Ticket Service if you do not agree to the content of this Individual Agreement.

Article 1 (Definitions)

    1. “e-Ticket” refers to an electromagnetic record issued through the Ticket Service and displayed on an app designated by the Company, which serves as proof of eligibility to participate in an e-Ticketed Event.
    2. “e-Ticketed Event” refers to esports tournaments, competitions, festivals, and other events for which e-Tickets are sold through the Ticket Service.
    3. “Organizer” refers to any corporation, organization, or individual that organizes an e-Ticketed Event or is responsible for holding it. If the Company organizes an e-Ticketed Event, the Company is also considered an Organizer.

Article 2 (Application)

  2. This Individual Agreement constitutes a separate set of terms of service under the Basic Terms. Use of the Ticket Service requires agreement to both the Basic Terms and this Individual Agreement.
  3. In addition to this Individual Agreement, participation in an e-Ticketed Event is subject to the event regulations, terms of participation, application guidelines, important notices, and other conditions established by the Organizer of each e-Ticketed Event (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Event Terms, etc.”).

Article 3 (The Ticket Service)

  1. The Ticket Service is a service that provides functions related to e-Tickets for e-Ticketed Events, including purchase applications, lotteries, payment processing, and other associated functions.

Article 4 (Parties to e-Ticket Transactions)

  1. For e-Ticketed Events organized by the Company, the Company acts as the seller of the e-Ticket, and the sales contract is established between you and the Company.
  2. For e-Ticketed Events organized by parties other than the Company, the relevant Organizer acts as the seller of the e-Ticket, and the sales contract is established between you and that Organizer. In this case, the Company acts as an agent for the Organizer and performs e-Ticket sales operations and related tasks in accordance with the Organizer’s instructions.

Article 5 (Method of Sale)

  1. e-Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis; through a lottery; or by other methods determined by the Company.
  2. The Company shall establish the e-Ticket sales period, the planned number of tickets to be sold, the maximum number of tickets that may be purchased, the maximum number of applications allowed, eligibility requirements, and other sales conditions for each e-Ticketed Event.
  3. If the number of e-Tickets sold reaches the planned sales target, the Company will discontinue sales of e-Tickets earlier than the previously announced sales period. However, sales may resume if additional e-Tickets are released or due to other circumstances.
  4. Even during the sales period, the Company may suspend or discontinue the sale of e-Tickets in the event of a system failure, changes to or cancellation of an e-Ticketed Event, instructions from the Organizer, or other unavoidable circumstances.

  2. In the case of e-Tickets sold through a lottery, the sales contract is established when you are notified of your winning entry either via a notification displayed on the Ticket Service or in the app designated by the Company, or through a method specified by the Company.
  3. Changes, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds of e-Tickets due to circumstances on your end are not accepted once a sales contract has been established; provided, however, that this does not apply to the cases specified in Article 15.
